Baby Jonas is on his way! My Pregnancy

So I haven't posted anything about being pregnant, so I'm doing a quick run-down of the past 8 months. We started trying in July to get pregnant, and we got pregnant in July! Yay! We didn't really start telling people till around 12 weeks, or 19 for people at my work. We went on the cruise when I was 18-19 weeks, found out we were having a boy around 20 weeks, and now I am currently 36 weeks and can't wait to get the little squirt out!

Yes, I took pictures. I'm not the tiny petite girl that most people are when they get pregnant. I was bigger to begin with, so I didn't feel like posting my pictures to everyone on facebook, but I'll post them on my blog, because lets face it, how many people really read my blog? Maybe 10? Either way. It's progressed, and now I feel huge and I just can't wait till its over.

So there you have it. I can't wait to sleep on my stomach again. I can't wait to sleep without waking up from charlie horses in my hips (I'd rather wake up to a crying baby that is hungry than in pain), I can't wait to exercise again (I just want to be able to do my yoga again without getting sore, or a jumping jack), and I can't wait to cuddle with Clint without my tummy get in the way.

I'm excited for Jonas to come. It will be hard work, but fun. We're totally ready for a change in our lives.

  1. oh my if you think you can't sleep now... haha!
The day before I went into labor with Carter, I was like I can't handle sleeping like this ONE MORE DAY! And now I all I want is to be able to sleep somewhat! haah but it is so worth it. I would much rather get up and cuddle him then be angry because my stomach is in the way of everything! Hopefully everything goes smoothly for you and you have a FAST labor. Are you dilated at all?? I was dilated to a 3 and 80% effaced at 36 weeks.. and kept waiting and thinking he was coming early.. he came one day early! I am excited for you! it is seriously the best!!! good luck

  2. I my gosh, congratulations! I hadn't heard you were pregnant so I can't hardly believe you are that far along!

Way to go! Jonas is such an adorable name and I hope everything goes well with labor/delivery.

And don't worry, the weight will come off. I gained a disgusting 60 pounds with my first baby and was able to lose that all in 10 months.

I know what you mean about wanting your body back though; cuddling, exercise, energy!! Oh the fun.
