Last Friday, my amazing husband graduated!! Well, he walked, I guess. He still has 3 classes to take during summer semester, and then he's DONE!!! I'm so excited. I went to school for four years, and now Clint has been going to school for four years. So it really feels like I've been going to school for 8 years because I've supported him the whole way through and helped him through his classes (especially the math classes). So I'm extremely happy that he'll be done. So here are some pictures of graduation. My brother, Jason, also graduated the same day, so we attended both. Jonas was good and had fun playing outside during the ceremonies with either of my parents.
It was a long, but good day. Also, I have some good news! Clint found a job!!! We are super excited. Ever since the whole "Adagio" thing happened with his last job, it's been a rough year and a half. We decided that Clint needed to focus on getting school finished, and it paid off! He will be doing Internal Communications for SLCC. We are so excited because SLCC has the best health insurance! Only 75 dollars a paycheck will come out, as opposed to my 250 dollars a paycheck, and way better coverage! It will be so nice! Plus, that means that I get to be a stay at home mom! This is my last year teaching and I couldn't be happier. A lot of women complain because they feel like they don't get "adult interaction" and they feel like they are boring or something because they just take care of their kids all day. I WILL NOT be like that! I know how it feels to be on the other side of wishing and wanting to be home with my baby all the time, and knowing that I can't. So I'm going to count everyday of being with my boy as a huge blessing. I'm going to LOVE being at home with my sweet baby and future kids. Can't wait!
There are days I want to be out of the house.. however, when I worked I only wanted to be home. So every day I am grateful that I get to be home!!!! I get to take Carter on a walk every day to the park every day.. I love it. It's the best
