Harvest time!

This summer we did our very first garden....ever. First off, the dirt in Magna is awful!  It is very rocky and clay-like, so I wasn't expecting very much to come out of this garden, but I was pleasantly surprised!

So this is how it went:

I rubbed of as much dirt as possible and put them in the bag. We also grew garlic too, that's what is in the bag with the potatoes.

These are our onions - we dug them up about 2-3 weeks ago, so we've used about 4 or 5 already

I cleaned the dirt off the potatoes and let them dry.  Not too bad considering we had awful dirt to deal with - and the relentless heat!
