Day 15 - Never to be repeated again

Babysat my two neighbor boys again today.  These are the only pictures I got today.

Jonas was all happy, having fun playing in the tent with the boys, but then....

He spent the rest of the day like this - throwing tantrum after tantrum after tantrum.  Severe tantrums where he'll cry for 15 minutes or more straight and scream and nothing can distract him, not even bubbles. I just walk away, buy still, it's frustrating!

I'm pretty sure he spent half of his day crying. It was awful. The smallest things would set him off, for example: me taking off his shoes and he didn't want them off, him wanting to watch Curious George on my Kindle, but it wasn't working, something about playing in this tent, etc. Stupid reasons for him to throw a tantrum, but either way, I hope that it will get better. We've had a crazy weekend, with birthdays, easter, and hardly any naps, so I hope he'll catch up on his sleep and he'll be happy again. Maybe it's just the terrible twos, either way, the past 5 days he's been at his worst, and it can only get better from here, right?

  1. I hate to break it to you, but it only gets worse from here. They older they get the less reasoning there is because they understand more. Wesley is just barely coming out of it and he'll be three next month. Good luck though!
