Day 27 - A late Easter

Every month we have a family dinner FHE get-to-gether with my side of the family. And we all take turns at who's house we'll have the dinner. This month, we had it at my parents. Since it was at my parents, they decided to wait to have their annual easter egg hunt. My mom tied it in with her FHE lesson. It was great! Jonas had a blast finding more eggs, and I had fun taking pictures (of course).

I love my dad!

My little brother is so stinking cute and photogenic. I can't help but take pictures of him.

My mom does our easter egg hunt a little different. We find the eggs, we each have a certain color, then in the eggs are paper. Although this year she put one piece of candy with the paper, so Jonas wouldn't be disappointed. Ha ha! On the backs of those papers are numbers. You put the numbers in order, and then flip them over and there is a riddle that tells you where your easter basket is. Can you guess this riddle?

The answer is soap. So our easter basket was hiding downstairs in the shower (?) I'm guessing. I was too busy taking a picture of the riddle as Clint went to get the basket. It was filled with granola bars, girl scout cookies, Twix, Snickers, apples, oranges and Gardettos. Yum!
