Technically Wednesdays are my "new week" for the pregnancy, but I figured Sundays are where I actually do my hair and make up. So I'm trying to be good at taking pictures of this pregnancy, even though I feel huge already and fat and gross. Oh well. It gives me a picture for the day.
So after this picture, I decided I don't like this dress for pictures. It makes me look bigger. But oh well. So my stomach is already the same size as when I was about 20ish weeks pregnant with Jonas. Yikes! It's probably because I did absolutely nothing to my stomach muscles after I had Jonas. I also didn't have any muscles so doing crunches was hard! Plus, I had this thing (I can't remember what it's called) but I had a gap in my muscles. I could fit two of my fingers in this gap right under my belly button, and from what I read, doing crunches makes it worse. There's other exercises to do...but did I do them? Nope. I worked on my legs and arms instead. Also, I took this pic at the end of the day, and according to what the scale has been saying, I gain 4-6 pounds a day! I weigh myself in the morning, and then again at night and I'm 4-6 pounds heavier, but then when I weigh myself the next morning those 4-6 pounds are gone. Must be crazy water retention or something.
So my nausea and smells are getting a ton better. I feel like I have an appetite now, things that used to make me sick don't really anymore. It's so nice! I don't feel like I'm forcing myself to eat anymore. Good times.
I'm so glad you're feeling better. Now you'll just have to watch how much you eat! With pregnancy it's either feast or famine, right?!
ReplyDeleteOh the weight gain...one of the worst parts right!? Just keep exercising and eating healthy; that will be better then watching the numbers on the scale.
ReplyDeleteBesides, you have that beautiful prenatal glow!!!
