Day 144 - Wendy's

We don't go out to eat much, especially as a family. So when we got a gift card to Wendy's, we were pretty excited. Jonas LOVES hamburgers. Even more than he loves pizza. We went there as a family today, and Jonas was so excited! When I told him we were having hamburgers for dinner, he could not stop talking about how he wanted a "big hamburger". And he kept showing me how big he wanted it. So funny!

I love doing simple things like this that make Jonas happy. We could tell he was having so much fun, and that he loved his kids meal and his toy. Then we went to the part afterwards. Man that kid had a good day. I love doing things for him - making him happy.

I love when he eats a hamburger because he smashes the whole thing in his face. He will only eat in one spot, until it gets too hard to eat in that spot again. I was just a little late in capturing him smashing it in his face.

Jonas was so happy to be eating a hamburger at Wendy's, he kind of got distracted and only ate half of his "big hamburger". Probably because he filled up on apple juice.

Jonas is going through a weird "phase" (hopefully it's just a phase) where he won't eat cheese. We made the mistake of getting him a cheeseburger kids meal, and he wouldn't eat it until I scraped off all the cheese. He doesn't like cheese sticks, or cheese on his pizza. Weird.

He loved playing with his airplane toy. I just love making this cute boy happy!
