Today I decided that I'm just too tired to cook anymore. I told Clint that I wanted a personal chef for the next 2 months or so until the baby comes so I don't have to take the time to cook every day. He thought that was funny. I even text my mom and asked her to be my personal chef - jokingly, of course.
But really, I'm to the point where I will take a nap over preparing dinner any day. Luckily my mom is going to come down and we're going to make some frozen dinners all in one day to last a while so I don't have to cook. Clint also suggested that maybe we buy some easy stuff for dinners, so I don't have to exert so much energy preparing dinner (and so we don't spend money going out to eat). And that's what we did tonight:
We bought easy stuff for dinners to last a few nights until my mom and I make some frozen dinners. Hopefully it sits well with my stomach. I'm finding it hard to eat anything without having some sort of effect on me. Why does pregnancy bring so many awful symptoms? I swear, everything is a side effect of being pregnant. Good times, right?

Sorry Steph that you have to go through that but remember what the Lord said to Joseph Smith in D&C 122:7 know thiu my son, that all these things shall give thee experiance and shallbe for thy good.
ReplyDeleteYou might not fully understand it all now but later you will!
Just watch the sodium in all those easy meal options! We're going to cook up a storm! :)
