I'm just posting these cute videos of Jonas for my parents, since they don't get to see him as often as they like. Jonas is getting so big and learning so much! He's so smart and just picks up on things quickly. He loves books, and after a week of reading him a book, he has it memorized, well at least the endings of sentences memorized. I just love him to death!

I'm really glad that these two children are going to be spaced apart like they are. At first I was worried that they were going to be too far apart, but now I'm so happy! I love the time I've spent with Jonas, it just being me and him. I feel like I've been able to completely focus on him and his learning and development and bond with him, since I felt like I missed out on most of his first year when I was working. He understands so much, and he's so helpful now and I think he'll be helpful with Alexis too. I actually want our next kids to be this spaced far apart too. Which they will have to be because with a C-section it is recommended you wait 18-24 months before getting pregnant again so the scar can heal completely.
