Day 244 - Oops

We did some Christmas Shopping on Saturday night. That is so fun! Well, I don't know what other people do, but we stuck Jonas's Christmas presents at the top of our closet. We found a Hot Wheels race car track that has a remote control gun to control the speed. He'll love it! Anyways, I forgot to close our closet! AH!

Jonas wakes up from his nap, walks into our room and he sees the car track! He says "I want those cars". Oops! We really need to be better at keeping the gifts hidden. So I hurried and closed the closet, Clint picked him up and tried talking about other things to him, and luckily my camera was close by, so I tried distracting him with a picture. He usually likes his picture taken. It worked! He forgot all about the car track, and he enjoyed looking at the pics I took. But I got one that I really liked. The lighting was cool, Jonas was looking away. I just really like it - so here's my pic of the day.

This is the year, though. He knows who Santa is, and if I ask him what Santa does he says he brings presents. And then he gets excited. He loves presents. :) He knows what a Christmas tree is, and he loves the lights. I can't wait! This Christmas will be so fun! Plus, last year we got a ton of little gifts. But this year we're focusing on Quality over Quantity. So he'll get 3 good Quality gifts, with a few little fun ones. It will be so much fun!
