Day 337 - Just in Case you were wondering...

This is what a cheeseless pizza looks like:


You can't even tell that there's no cheese on it. And it tasted just the same as my regular homemade pizza, too. Except the toppings kept falling off because there's nothing to hold them on. It was delicious. I might do that all the time and save the calories. J/k. We'll see. The only time I've missed my cheese is when I eat tacos or breakfast burritos or those cheesy soups. Cheese makes them taste really good. Oh well.

But this whole no dairy thing really is helping me to lose more weight. I've lost 9 more pounds to the 20 I already lost from having the baby. Almond milk is less calories and it's tasty. And not eating cheese, ranch, sour cream or butter really helps too. I'm eating vegan butter, but I don't use it regularly like I did with real butter. I use olive oil more now as a replacement to the butter. And sorry, soy cheese sounds disgusting, so I will just go without cheese. And I don't eat baked goods because they most likely have butter in them, so there goes that. I get my "sweet tooth" fulfilled by eating candy. I love Mini Chewy Sweethearts! I could eat them all day. mmmm.... But we don't always have candy lying around. So, again, no dairy is helping me to lose weight. Now I just have keep the weight off when I start eating it again in a year. I'll not worry about that now.
