Day 352 - Bumbo

I asked, on facebook, if anyone had a bumbo they would lend me or I could buy, and one of my friends that lives close by GAVE me hers. Isn't that so nice? I offered to pay for it, but she insisted that I take it. She's so nice. She had two anyway.

Alexis loves to sit up. When she's on my lap, she gets fussy if I try to hold her close, or rest her head on my arm or whatever. She just loves to sit and look everywhere. When she is in her swing she'll try to lift her head so she can sit and look. I thought she would like a bumbo because then she could sit.

She likes it for about 5 minutes and then starts to cry. But she'll probably get used to it. It probably uses muscles she's not used to because she has to do everything herself instead of me helping hold her up.

She's all ready for church. And guess what? She slept 10 1/2 hours last night! I hope she keeps sleeping like that. It's really nice to be able to get good sleep.
