Art Festival Prints

Clint and I have decided that we want to try to sell my photos. There is an art festival where we live in August, and we are going to get a booth, I'm going to take pictures of stuff, and then we are going to pick the best ones, print them off professionally, frame them with mattes, and try to sell them. I'm excited to try it. So we went out to the Great Salt Lake to find some things to take pictures of last night. We went during the "golden hour" (an hour before sunset) and took pictures. These were my favorite. I don't necessarily know if people would want to hang them on their wall, but they turned out cool. Let me know your opinion. Which ones do you like, and would you hang any of these on your wall? If not, that's ok. I still have a while to get pictures of things. And just for the record, I refuse to take pictures of temples. That is not my style and I will never do it.

Obviously, I wouldn't have "Stoker" written on it, that's just a watermark so no one can steal the pictures. So pretend it's not there. Enjoy!

By the way, this is something that was on my photography "to do" list. Create a starburst affect. Cool, huh?

    1. You set your aperture to f/18 or higher. This was f/22, and then you shade the sun with your hand to get the correct settings for your iso and shutterspeed, and then you take the picture. But you can't be pointing the lens directly at the sun or else that could ruin the lens. And it makes it do that. Cool, huh?
