Spring Festival

Our ward had a Spring Festival today with food, games and an egg hunt. To say Jonas was excited would be an understatement. He was so happy the whole time and couldn't wait for the egg hunt, which was last. After he played all the games, we went outside while we waited for the egg hunt and I tried a few techniques I've been learning on how to get kids to smile. It totally worked. I got a genuine smile. I'm not the type of person that says "cheese" or "smile". I like the real deal. It was fun for me.

 I asked him to smell the flowers and tell me what they smelled like. Then when he stood back up, I asked him if they smelled like chocolate and he gave me a big grin and said no. A genuine smile right there. :)

 No, Alexis can't sit up on her own yet. I photoshopped Clint's arm out. I was just curious what it would look like. I don't know if I'll keep it or not because it's not real.

Totally forgot to bring his Easter Basket. Good thing they had sacks for us forgetful parents.
