Don't judge, but on one side of our house we have awful weeds/way too long of grass growing there. We put weed barrier and stones with bark covering the ground, thinking it would be easier than putting in grass and a sprinkler system on that side. Well weeds have taken over and the neighbors grass spreads like crazy, so it's probably not easier to take care of. Every time Clint and I look at it we think "we should really do something about that". But we don't. One day it will happen.
But Jonas loves to play over there in the bark and throw it, silly boy. So when he did this last week sometime I thought the scenery around him with all the weeds/grass looked cool.
And then I read an article about creating dramatic light using places around your house, and the say to use the garage to create the dramatic light. So I had Jonas play in the sun right in front of the garage and tried it out.
Because he's in the sun and the garage is so dark it creates that black background, along with a little bit of editing. I think it's cool & artistic, I guess. I love reading things and trying them out. That's the only way I learn.
Oh and Jonas has his shirt off because he always plays with his squirt gun and it leaks and gets his shirt all wet. He's always either shirtless or pantless these days.
It's cool all the things you're learning. I remember you always say, "I love learning." Guess that's why you became a teacher, right?
