Last Friday Jonas really really wanted to go to the park. Since we don't have a car, that meant that we ventured out to the park in the blazing heat! In the middle of the day, even. I wanted to make sure that Alexis got her first nap in before we went.
We left around noon, and I pushed my children (all 60 pounds worth) in 90+ degree weather to the park. And it was worth it! Jonas had so much fun! He was so sweet with Alexis. He fed her some of his Jelly sandwich. I had brought some of those Gerber puffs, which she LOVES! But she also loved his sandwich. Jonas swung most of the time, and Alexis joined in.
I just love making my children happy. It was fun, and I got some cute pics as well. :) I was also surprised, the lighting was really pretty, even though it was straight up midday. Granted, we were in the shade, but still. It was pretty.
