Halloween

Jonas was super excited for Halloween. I love his age right now with holidays because he understands them perfectly. He knows exactly what is going to happen and he gets super excited for them. He can't wait for Christmas because "he gets presents". His words. :) I guess I'll have to drill the true meaning on Christmas into his head this year :)

So here you go:

Alexis was so good the whole time. I think she liked being out and watching what was going on. Despite the little sleep she got that day, she was happy the whole time.
Whenever she sees me with my camera, she gives me this smile. It's so cheesy, but so cute! Her little nose all scrunched up. And I don't even have to get her to smile, she does it out of her own free will. OH my goodness, so cute!

We trick or treated to a few houses in our neighborhood, then we drove to his cousin's and trick or treated with them. Cute, huh? They were all in "character". Jonas just wanted to do what the others were doing.

And the glorious load of candy afterward. When I dumped it out on the floor, Alexis immediately got up to her knees (from a sitting position), got to her tummy and kind of pushed herself till she reached a sucker and then rolled over. I've never seen her do that so fast. And with no whining either! Normally she gets annoying and whiney when she ends up on her tummy. She loves candy!
