How Annoying!

Many of you probably don't know this, but last December, Clint let's say...got laid off work. (It was this whole mess about his awful boss threatening him, doing illegal stuff, etc, etc, etc) It was ok because his boss was an idiot and he and I, both, hated that job so much. But we weren't too worried because he had time to find another job. Well, in the past few months he's been looking and applying for tons of jobs, and has had a healthy amount of interviews. There was this one job that was looking for a marketing assistant. We thought that would be perfect, since he's going into that! The company was called Vitality Medical. Well, he had an interview, it was looking promising, and they seemed to really like Clint. They said they would get back to him (this was in February) in a couple weeks. Well, a couple weeks went by and then a month, and then another month. They didn't contact him at all! Not even to say he didn't get the job! How annoying!

Well, a few months went by after that, and again more interviews, applications, etc. Clint came across the same company that was hiring a full time marketing coordinator! So we figured, what the heck, it can't hurt to apply again. So Clint applied and they called him! It turns out that they decided to never hire someone for the previous mentioned position. We figured that was ok that they hadn't contacted him. Well, he went in for a second interview, and again, it went well. They said they'd get back within a few days, and they even emailed asking for references (which was on his resume, how daft can you get?). So we were thinking that it would go well.

A week went by after the references email, then another week, a month, and still, to this day, we have not heard from them. How annoying, right? Everyday I think to myself what an irresponsible company they are. They did this TWICE to Clint! Oh well, we don't want him working for a stupid company like that anyway, who can't show respect to possible future employees, or interviewees. So there you go, I got it off my chest. I think Vitality Medical is annoying!
