Swimming

Jonas took his first swim on Saturday! It was so fun! Swimming just got 10 times more fun with a baby! Jonas loves taking baths, so swimming was really fun for him! His first reaction was a surprised type reaction, but after that, he just relaxed and enjoyed the water. It was so cute, because he wanted to look at the water, so he was looking down a lot. And while he was looking down, he put his face in the water! Ha ha! It was so funny! He would just pucker his lips and close his eyes when that would happen. Eventually he just relaxed in my arms, and he even fell asleep! Must have reminded him of the good 'ol days in the womb. He slept for about 20-30 minutes. I absolutely loved holding him in the water. It was the best!

Oh, and by the way, he has found his hand! He loves to look at it! The other night, he woke up around 2:40 AM and he was lying in his bed, with his feet up in the air and one arm (his right arm, pretty sure he's going to be a righty) in the air. His eyes were fixated on that hand. It was so cute! He was just wide awake, playing and staring at his arm/hand. What a cutie!
