The Best Three Years

Yesterday was my anniversary. I've been married to my sweetheart for 3 awesome years. Just to reflect, here's a pic of our wedding day. It was an awesome day!

Wow! We look so young....and thin! Ha ha! It really was the best day of my life.

So I want to write down all the amazing things that I love about our marriage in particular.

1. I get to hang out with my best friend everyday!
2. We have never yelled at each other, or really fought. Sure, we've had our disagreements, but we're not the dramatic, yell about everything type.
3. I get to, and want to cook for someone - not just myself or roommates. And he loves my food!
4. Clint is so sweet to me! He'll do anything I ask (I try not to take too much advantage of that though).
5. But in return, I'll do anything for Clint. If he asks, I'll get whatever, or do whatever for him.
6. Clint listens to me, and doesn't ever judge me if I'm venting or getting angry about work, people, etc.
7. We both have the same goals in mind. We are both savers, so no problems there, we both wanted children (check) and a house (check) and lots of other stuff.
8. We support each other in whatever we do. Clint does band stuff, and I support that. He writes a book, I support that. I want to take a bazillion pics of our family and get all dressed up, he supports that. He even paints my toenails! What a sweetheart!
9. We communicate really well! One thing that I love about Clint is that he's not afraid to tell me what's on his mind, what is bothering him, or if he needs something. A lot of guys don't talk about "sentimental" things, but Clint's all about talking about everything! I'm also not afraid to tell him what is on my mind, even if it's things that are bugging me about something. I know that he'll never get mad at me, or think I'm lame for thinking something.
10. Love. It's just nice to be married to someone and to just love them with all you've got!

I could name tons more, but I'll stop at ten. That's a good number to stop at. I have the best husband in the whole world, and I just love being married to him.

By the way, Clint helped me come up with some of these reasons, so it's not just me thinking these things.
