Day 124 - Party Time!

According to Clint, a party needs two things.  1. Candy, and 2. a movie. So that's what we did. We all went to Smiths and we each picked out a box of candy to eat while we watch a movie. Jonas was SO excited to go to the store and get candy. The whole time we were there, even after he had picked out his box of candy and we were waiting for Clint to get his, that's all he could talk about was buying the candy and being at the store. Ya, we had to wait a longer time for Clint to pick out his candy. For some reason, it takes Clint three times as long to pick out which candy he wants, whereas Jonas and I picked pretty quickly. So funny! Clint's a little kid at heart (in a good way).

When we were checking out, going through the self check out, Jonas started bawling his eyes out - big drops of tears running down his face, when I took the candy to scan it and put it in the bag. When you go through self checkout you have to put the candy in the bag, and for some reason they didn't have the button that says "skip bagging" this time. Poor kid. He thought I was taking his candy. But he was all better when I gave him the sack. I wish I had brought my camera to get a picture of him at the store. He was trying to hold all three boxes and just chatting the whole time about the candy. It was so cute! Oh well.
