Catch up

We changed internet providers and it took two full days to get the internet up and running. I'm not going to lie, I was a little lost without the internet. That's how Jonas watches tv.  Since we don't have cable, Netflix is our go to for tv shows. And I took a lot of pictures I wanted to put on my blog, but I couldn't. Then at night time, Clint and I didn't know what to do. Normally one of us gets online while the other watches something. It's all in the same room so we're still together. We did a lot of talking, which was nice.

But I'm glad it's up and running. Get ready for some pictures to catch up what we did. :)

We colored eggs. Jonas was so excited. He kept repeating everything we said about the eggs and talking about coloring them. It was fun. Quick, since it was getting late and close to his bedtime, but fun.

I tried to get Alexis to take a nap, but it didn't work. She just played on the ground while we colored the eggs and then, of course, I had to get a picture of her, too. It's her first Easter.

 And Alexis has started doing this thing when she does tummy time. I don't know if you can tell, but her bum is pushed up in the air. She just lays there, head down, and then she scoots up on her knees and her cute little bum goes up in the air. She's still not that motivated to get her head up. I wonder if it's because she's chunky. Maybe it's hard to hold it up for a long period of time. I don't know.

And we went swimming. Clint took off Friday, and we all just needed to do something fun. Swimming is cheap, and Jonas loves it! Alexis didn't like it so much. She lasted maybe 10 minutes in the water and then started getting fussy. So I took her out and took pics of her in her cute swimming suit. I wish she liked swimming. She's so fun to hold in the water.

Are you seeing those thighs? Yikes! Ha ha :)

 So Clint and I took turns holding her while the other played with Jonas in the water. Once she was out of the water, she had fun just chilling and being held, and eating her towel. She loves sucking on her blankets. They are always drenched when I go feed her in the night.

Jonas, if you can tell, didn't really like playing with me in the water. I was trying to be fun, like daddy, but he kept telling me he wanted daddy to play with him. He's such a daddy's boy.

Despite the fact that we had to wait around for a couple days for people to finish installing our internet, we had fun.
