Whole 30 - Day 5

My breakfast and lunch were similar to other days. Breakfast was the eggs on top of spinach with some type of fruit and lunch was a lettuce wrap chicken.

Dinner: Sausage Stuffed Green peppers with tomato sauce on top.


Normally I put rice in with the sausage (I use turkey sausage, more lean and healthy), but this time I cooked carrots, and the leftover veggies from the night before. So not only are you eating the green pepper for veggies, but the carrots, broccoli, sweet peppers that are in the sausage. This filled me up. And the tomato sauce has italian seasoning in it.
